YES... WE TRAVEL. Away Games can be played in various places up to 3 hours away. We do our best to accommodate atheltes with rides.

$150 deposit must be paid by May 15 in order ot hold your place on roster and order uniform.

Clearwater Jr Tornadoes has no community boundaries. If you’re located in Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, Hillsborough or anywhere in between you can join us this Fall!!

Cheer is open to girls ages 4-14 of all skill levels.  The objective of CJT cheer is to build confidence for young ladies eager to express their athletic abilities and enthusiasm for team sports.  We cheer at all football games and participate in multiple local cheer competitions.

All CJT cheerleaders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, demonstrate a good attitude at all times, follow their coaches instructions and exhibit good judgment. Cheerleaders are required to read, sign and turn in the Code of Conduct to their coach.  

DRESS CODE 

•  Cheer/stretchy shorts with bloomers or sliders underneath . 
•  No denim pants or shorts, skirts or skorts of any kind 
•  T-shirts or tank tops are fine, but spaghetti straps are prohibited * Sneakers with tied laces. 
•  No thick heeled tennis shoes. This is a safety issue and your child will not be able to participate during practice  
•  No jewelry of any kind during practice or at a game. 
•  We encourage you to stay away from any piercings before the season starts.  
•  Hair must be pulled back away from faces.

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!

Be sure to always bring WATER! Clear sports drinks are recommended to replenish electrolytes, but we suggest diluting or rotating sports drinks with water to reduce the risk of cramps. Absolutely no soda or juice before or during practices, games and competition.  Coaching staff will always provide a water cooler for unlimited refills.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (NO REFUNDS): Refunds will not be given for any reason other than your child not being placed on a team due to space limitations.  This includes that there will NOT be refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, relocation, injury, child decides not to play, parent decides not to let the child play and/or dismissal from CJT due to rule or code of conduct violations. IF YOUR CHILD QUITS THE TEAM, YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY, NO EXCEPTIONS. BY PAYING FOR REGISTRATION YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
